Graduate of Northeastern University, B.S. Civil Engineering
Paul began B&L Pools in 1985 with the dream of designing and constructing the best in-ground swimming pool in the industry. Two decades later, his dream has become reality. B&L Pools is one of the largest steel wall swimming pool companies in Massachusetts and still growing.
Lee Belanger
Construction Manager
Lee has been with B&L Pools from the start. With over thirty years of swimming pool construction experience, Lee brings extensive experience in project management and design to our team. From wood wall to steel wall, he has worked on them all.
Eli Laverdiere
Service Manager
With over one thousand service customers, Eli and his services team keep the B&L Pools dream alive each day. From pool openings to complete service over hauls their dedications to customer service and superior quality is undeniable.
Keith Temple
General Manger
Graduate of Union University, B.A. Public Relations/Advertising
Keith joined our team in 1996 and is responsible for managing most of B&L Pools' day to day activities. With past experiences in public relations and customer service, Keith keeps our customers up to date on new and always improving products and services.
